How to Contact the Customer Support Team

    For questions about existing orders, product registration, spare parts orders, or any other customer support inquiries, you can call, email, or live chat with our Customer Support Team:

    • Phone Support: call (347) 334-6800 and select option 3. Then select option 1 for product registration issues, option 2 for inquiries about existing orders, or option 3 for any other inquiries.

    • Email Support: Click here to open a case. You must be signed in to your MakerBot Account in order to open a support case. You will be prompted to register your device if you have not done so already.

    • Live Chat: On any page on, click the red Chat button on the left side of the screen. A dialog will open that gives you the option to chat with a Sales, Customer Support, or Technical Support agent. If a Customer Support agent is available to chat, the center button will say Live Chat. If an agent is not available, the button will say Leave A Message. Click the button and follow the prompts to open a chat dialog or leave a message.
