I Need To Change My Shipping Method

You can change your shipping method at any time before your order is shipped. Check your order status at accounts.makerbot.com. If your order status is listed as “In Production” or “Processing – Waiting to be Packed,” you should be able to adjust your shipping method.

Contact our Customer Support Team to discuss changing your shipping method. Have your order number ready. If you are choosing a more expensive shipping method, you will be charged the difference between your original shipping method and your updated choice. If you are choosing a less expensive shipping method, you will be refunded the difference.
