How Do I Find Out My Repair Status?

Once the Technical Support agent you are working with initiates the repair process, he or she will email you with mailing instructions. Be sure to follow the agent’s packing and shipping instructions closely and include all the items listed in his or her email.

The repair technician assigned to your device will email to notify you when we receive your device, when repairs begin, and when repairs are completed. When your device ships from the MakerBot factory, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number.

If you have any questions about the status of your repair, reach out to the Technical Support agent who is handling your case by replying to his or her most recent email. If you purchased MakerCare with your device, you also have the option of calling the MakerCare number directly.
