How Do I Check My Order Status?
How to Check Order Status
You can check on the status of your order by going to accounts.makerbot.com/orders. You will need to be signed in with your MakerBot account. If you do not have a MakerBot account, you will need to sign up for one.
What Does my Order Status Mean?
In Production: Your payment is being processed.
If your order status is listed as In Production for more than 24 hours, there may be an issue with your order. If you have received an email requesting further information to verify your identity, follow the instructions in the email to submit appropriate documentation. Otherwise, please call our Customer Support Team at the number below.
Processing – Waiting to be Packed: Your order has been cleared and is currently in the queue to be shipped.
Complete – Packed and Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you! If you did not receive an email containing your tracking number, please call our Customer Support Team at the number below.
Closed: Your order has been closed due to a cancellation or failure to verify payment information.
