Can I Submit a Purchase Order?

In addition to accepting payment via check, debit card, credit card or wire transfer, we can also accept purchase orders (POs), subject to approval.

Note: We do not accept purchase orders for orders under the amount of $5,000 unless you are ordering for a school.

To request payment via a purchase order, you can either:

  • Contact our Sales Team by calling (347) 334-6800 and selecting option 2. Have your completed purchase order with you when you call.

  • Email your completed purchase order to sales@makerbot.com.

  • Fax your completed purchase order to (347) 708-9405. Be sure to include your phone number and email address so a member of our Sales Team can contact you if there are follow-up questions. You will receive notification when your purchase order has processed.
