I am Receiving a Firmware Error

If you are receiving one of the following errors (1500 and 1100), then you may be having some issues with the firmware version that is installed on your printer not being compatible with the software version you are trying to use.

Try to update the firmware by connecting via USB cable to MakerBot Print first.
