We ship MakerBot Products in specially designed packaging to protect them from damage. If your MakerBot 3D printer or scanner was damaged in shipping, please document the extent of the damage to the best of your ability (photos and/or video), and hang on to all your packing materials.

Then open a case with MakerBot Support. We’ll help you get your device up and running as soon as possible.
