Unable to read SD Card

Hi there, I have assembled my Cupcake Ultimate kit and it is working quite well.
The only issue I am having so far is that the SD card seems to be inaccessible via ReplicatorG 23.
I have read the card with an SD card reader on my Mac, and verified that it is formatted FAT16.
I put an .s3g file that I made with RepG onto it and verified it was writeable.
I can't upload to the card or build from a file on the card. I was able to update the firmware on the MB and on the Plastruder controller, so the general setup and communications are working fine.
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Unable to print with the SD card on the motherboard. Also formatted to FAT 16, retried, no files showed in build from SD card pop up menu? Al other functions are working.
I was having a problem where only certain files would show up, but some still would
