So, myself, and countless others have been waiting eagerly for our Thing-o-Matics to arrive. Alot of us aren't really that patient, but the main thing is having some way of gauging the actual time that our order might ship.
Essentially if you were to put an online counter up, and update it for each bot you ship. Than all you have to do is assign the que number to a customers order, and instead of getting hundreds of people contacting you individually for this information, we could all see our progress and plan around it.
As it stands, you can look forward to one more person asking the question of where they stand (myself).

This is a great idea! It would be nice to know that after taking our money there is some progress going on. Most companies will only take your money as the product ships out the door. 7 weeks early seems a little odd...
A thing-o-matic production counter - yes please.
I have just placed an order and have a window of 2 weeks to take delivery - am crossing my fingers the 4 week delivery time is met, but read here its 7 weeks - DOH!!
If it helps any, I ordered my TOM on January 31 and it shipped out on February 23.
I ordered on Feb 28 and it shipped March 10.
I agree this is a good idea. Please provide more updates on order status.
