I can't get Dual Head Alignment to match sample received with my Replicator

So far I have learned a lot from the forum about the trials and tribulations of 3D printing. I have printed a number of items with mixed results. I printed a dial indicator holder and have leveled the bed hot and found a world of difference. Any printing at this point with one head, either left or right is good when printing alone. Dual head printing on the other hand seems to be avoiding my efforts for success. First I found the two heads to be at slightly different heights which I got perfect using Kapton tape for shimming under one side of the head. I then printed the calibration found on my SD card, only to find that it was off when I compared it to the original blue and green sample included in with my unit. So I proceeded with the nozzle alignment and reprinted. I attached a photo of the original and my attempts to correct. I started with X7 Y7 then X8 Y9 and saw no difference. I then tried an extreme X4 Y4 expecting it not to be right but move in some noticeable direction. As you can see from the photos there was no change. Can you tell me am I doing something wrong? If you need more info let me know.
