if i build a file to print form SD card with RepG34 of a gcode that prints without any issues on USB, the Extruder will not heat up if i print from SD card (selected on the machine) and my Replicator Dual gets stuck.

If you wait a long time, the extruders do eventually heat up. Was about 20 minutes for me. It is a bug in RepG 34.
Two options. First is to do the RepG dance. Before creating the s3g file, shut down RepG and re-open it. The new s3g file will behave properly. Second option is to use the newer RepG - 0036 and 0037 were recently released. I'd recommend 0037. There is also a firmware update (to version 5.5) that should be done if you are running the newer RepG.
Be aware though that Skienforge get's updated along with RepG and your configuration settings will need to be translated into a profile for the newer SF. Also, the newer RepG and firmware support acceleration! This is a good thing IMO (faster, better prints), but does amplify things if they are not quite right. Make sure your HBP is as level as possible, and you'll have to tweak the config settings some for your environment. At least bump the Retraction speed up to 80mm/s and you *should* be doing fairly decent prints. More on this in recent threads on the Makerbot Owner's Google Group.
tnx for help i did the update and all is sooother now.
