Replicator + Slic3r getting started

If someone experienced with settings at MBI could point out the most important settings in Slic3r to get started with the Replicator, that would be really great.
PS. I heard (and saw the Github) that MBI are working on a toolpath generation tool of their own, but until that is in production mode - it'd be great to try Slic3r.. :)

There is a problem with the G92 E0 command that Slic3r adds in between layers. It causes the Replicator firmware to jog the head slightly left/right and or forward/back.
I've submitted a ticket to MakerBot, and Sound (developer of Slic3r) is aware of the issue as well.

Plz Makerbot, solve this bug ASAP, I can not wait to experiment with slic3r !
