For the heated build platform, a common incorrect temperature readout is around 125 degrees. This is often a result of the temperature sensor being plugged into the wrong port, or simply not plugged in at all. Make sure to check your temperature sensor to see that it’s plugged into the A6 port, as shown in this photo:
