Hello, last night during my first 3 hour build my extruder board (v2.2) froze up roughly two hours in. The cupcake continued but the plastic stopped extruding.

Here's my setup.

  • RepRap v. 1.2 board with 2.4 firmware
  • Extruder Control 2.2 board with 2.5 firmware
  • MK4 print head
  • replicator-G v. 0024

After re-uploading the firmware to the extruder, I can generally reconnect to both the motherboard and the extruder.

...But not for long...

Here's the log

After this I have to connect the ftdi to the extruder board, re-upload firmware, then power everything down and back up.

Any suggestions? This is really, really frustrating.
